In May 2024, Abode Haven, an online furniture reseller, partnered with Seven Yards at a pivotal moment as the business faced potential shutdown due to unprofitable paid ads, a low 0.3% conversion rate, and inefficient campaign structures. Within 30 days, Seven Yards restructured the brand’s growth system, more than doubled revenue, restored profitability, and established a scalable path forward.
